I am an early career stage manager, avid traveler, and general arts enthusiast currently based in Chicago. I spent the 2016-2017 season as Production Assistant (non-AEA ASM) on 6 productions at Two River Theater in Red Bank, New Jersey. I spent the 2015-2016 season as the Stage Management Apprentice at Cleveland Play House, which was an immersive experience working on the oldest regional theatre in the country's centennial season of productions. I am a 2014 graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago, where I earned a BFA in Stage Management. In 2012, I created Stage Manager Ryan Gosling which made me briefly and anonymously internet-famous in the theatre community. As a student, I worked as a stagehand and technician and as a member of the The Theatre School's Marketing, Public Relations, and Special Events team. These jobs gave me appreciation and insight into both the technical and administrative sides of professional theatre. I also earned the opportunity to study abroad at the Royal Central School for Speech & Drama in London, UK. After growing up on the East Coast, I am excited to continue building a network both internationally and in the regional theatre community.
I am especially drawn to and experienced in new works, but also have experience in opera, classics, and musicals. I am an artist-focused, detail-oriented manager looking for a creative community to contribute to. I recently completed the Equity Membership Candidate program, and am currently seeking opportunities in touring and regional theatres around the country.
CURRENT: Stage Manager for the inaugural production of Momentary Theatre, the world premiere of THE DEATH OF GAIA DIVINE by Jacob C. Shuler, directed by Matthew T. Messina.
